Jodee Comfort Perma-Form Bra 3318/3308 has a Front Hook plus Back Hook Adjustments and has a lightweight form of polyurethane foam sewn permanently into it.

The Jodee Comfort bra has lightly fiberfilled cups for good shaping and additional support. Top cups are nylon lace; bottom cups are polyester tricot; elastic sections are nylon/spandex.
