Jodee Celebration Perma-Form Bra 108 has Back Hook Adjustments and has a lightweight form of polyurethane foam sewn permanently into it.

Bottom cups are polyester; top cups are polyester lace. Elastic sections are nylon/spandex. Cups are lightly fiberfilled for good shaping and additional support. Made in USA or imported.
