Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, but currently we only do ship to selected countries. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We currently only use USPS as our shipping provider.

Domestic Shipping

When you place an order, we will charge you a flat fee for shipping your order within the U.S. according to the following table:

International Shipping

We will calculate the shipping cost based on the dimensions of the package and ad $15 handling fee to your order. The handling fee will not appear as a separate fee on your invoice but will be incorparated in the shipping fee. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns 

We want your 100% satisfaction.

But, due to the nature of these products, post-mastectomy products (breast forms and mastectomy bras) are deemed as Durable Medical Equipment and are exchangeable only. Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns.

If the item has not been worn, returned in its original packaging and meets our criteria for an exchange, then we will gladly exchange, or give merchandise credit for the item. (less shipping and handling). 

We kindly request exchanges to be made within 10 business days of receipt of the product.

Swimsuits are exchangeable only for merchandise credit good for 6 months.

JODEE Permaforms are custom-made and are therefore non-returnable and non refundable.

Certain exceptions for a return may be allowed on certain products, however the refund/store credit will be less any shipping charges and a restocking fee of 20%.

A return shipping fee applies to all exchanges.
